Can I buy if I don't live in the Dominican Republic?
Yes. Foreign buyers can own property in the Dominican Republic. Your advisor will guide you through each step, and we recommend independent legal counsel. Several current owners bought after a private video presentation, without visiting first.
When did construction start, and when is delivery?
Construction started in November 2025, and delivery is scheduled for November 2027. As of September 2026 the site is in the foundation stage, and we share dated progress updates every month.
What is the payment plan?
USD 5,000 to reserve, 20% at contract signing, 40% during construction and 40% at delivery. The delivery payment can be financed with a mortgage, subject to the bank's terms and approval.
Can I rent it out when I'm not there?
The project will be operated by Registry Collection Hotels by Wyndham, and owners can place their residence in its rental program. We don't publish or guarantee returns: results depend on occupancy, rates and season, and you'll receive the program terms in writing.
What's included?
Appliances (with electric stove), Italian-selected finishes and home automation in every residence. Rooftop residences include their pergolas, and the lobby is delivered furnished. The building has 4 owner elevators, 2 service elevators and trash chutes. A furniture package is available separately.
